Apartment in the Plaza Pedro Garau area, 1st floor, 83 m2, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, open-plan kitchen/dining area, and balcony. Prices do not include VAT (currently 10%). Prices are valid for 7 calendar days from the date of this email. Each of these apartments includes one parking space in the price, with the possibility of purchasing additional spaces if desired. To formalize the purchase, a Reservation Contract is signed, and only €10,000 is payable. No further payments are due until construction begins (initially scheduled for mid-2026, subject to obtaining the necessary permits). At the start of construction, a Purchase-Sale Contract would be signed, in which 10% of the price is paid (minus the first 10,000 euros contributed), with a second 10% to be paid during construction, and a final 80% upon delivery of the property.
