Availability and economic conditions of seasonal rental: The apartment is available for seasonal rentals for a maximum of 11 months. For shorter stays, please consult conditions. Period not available: The month of July is not available, as the owner, a resident abroad, will occupy the apartment during that time. Current availability: - May 15 to June 30: available for 1,600 € in total. This price will be paid in advance and a deposit of 1,600 € to be returned on June 30. Utilities are included in the price. Agency fees will be 320 € + VAT. - From August 1st: available for 1.600 € per month. A deposit of 1.600 € and a security deposit of the same amount will be required. Both amounts will be returned at the end of the seasonal rental. Apartment utilities are not included in the rental price and will be subject to extra charges. Clients will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. Agency fees for periods of 9 to 11 months will be one month's rent + VAT.
