Description
Exclusive town house in Fuentidueña de Tajo (Madrid). It has a built area of 965 m² (according to cadastre), on a cadastral plot of 986 m² of urban residential land.
It currently consists of two houses (being a single registered property and a single cadastral plot). One of them is very large (with two floors and a peculiar and striking cave-cellar) and the other one is smaller (with only one floor).
Both houses have independent entrances from the street (they would be number 1 and 3 of the street, respectively) and both houses have direct access to a large and sunny shared patio. This courtyard has a direct entrance from the street and a permanent contracted ford.
The interior of the houses needs repairs and renovations, but the roof is in very good condition because it has been rehabilitated and redone.
