Its living room has direct access to the terrace of 9 M2, which offers a very pleasant outdoor space, the perfect place to enjoy the warm climate of the area, and enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner in the morning. The terrace has awning and furniture, as well as exit to its beautiful communal garden with a touch of very tropical vegetation, as well as to the swimming pool of the residential.
